Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. It is disappointing to learn you feel this way as we always aspire to create a working environment that delivers an 100% positive experience for all.
With the rapid expansion of Hendy Group in recent years which meant we had variable legacy work patterns and reward structures across Group, our focus has been on improving both the customer experience and colleague experience, ensuring our Hendy values run through everything we do.
In consultation with our colleagues over the last 12 months, we have worked hard to create an industry-leading proposition for our workforce, making it easier for colleagues to balance home and work life; creating a fair and transparent approach to reward; and setting out defined development paths allowing colleagues to feel motivated, enjoy what they do and progress their careers within Hendy.
