Pros
Global leader but very family oriented. Treated everyone with respect and dignity. Very safety and health minded culture in regard to your work AND play, from the top level down!! This was the best company and the best people that I ever worked for and with!!
Cons
When the economy went down in 2008, they held on to as many employees as they could for a long time. When they finally had to have a few rounds of lay offs, they were crushed at having to give in to that! But, through all of the down economy, they remained the leader in the field!!
