      decent salary for younger people looking a part time job

      Cons

      very few perks, shop staff don't get half the perks that warehouse/ head office staff receive. Unsociable hours. no overtime. Expected to work holidays for no extra pay. Little chance of career progression.

      Small crew, but lots of drama

      Cons

      Bad management, Micro Managing, Toxic and predominantly white masculinity. Lack of growth. Management Rude and often extremely unprofessional.
