1. Management issue in this company. Too much pressure on employees as their product is very unstable. 2. Managers are not aware about the intern and what mentors are doing. 3. Worst mentorship from the people there. They were not supporting and making fun of people who know less and also they try to tease them. 4. Lot of politics in the senior staff. 5. Unstable code base. 6. Managers should see to the work done by employees rather than believing on focus points and mentors. 7. Lot of funding is the main reason that this company exists in the industry otherwise lot of issues going in the management side as well as experience wise.
