Cons
•Pay discrepancies, location had 3 other staffing agencies there all at different pay for the same work.
•Team leads never communicated leading to confusion on proper process for each project when things changed and/or Lead would explain to 1 person but not the whole team which would cause mistakes and more confusion.
•When you did bring up pay to the agency (especially once trained in multiple stations) recruitment will ignore your emails/texts.
•If you have any health issues, that could be a problem if one needs to call out more than usual. Could lead to termination w/o understanding.
