Pros
The only good reasons to work there are that you mostly work on your own and you are helping people who need it.
Cons
Oh my!..... the company is stealing money from the state. They tell the state that all of their clients have a worker each day and all of their time is appropriated. The company doesn't have enough workers so sometimes clients don't get a caregiver that day. They want you to go in houses with roaches and clean up poop and pee.
