Tendency to over work individuals Issues with older staff having known inappropriate behaviour and views which are left un dealt with or covered up

nice culture within individual teams to an extent

progression is subjective, its not on a level playing field, if you get the qualifications they require it doesn't mean they will fulfill their word of setting a clear path to promotion, you actually need to kick up a fuss
