Pros
not a typical 9-5 no cap on commission good food and discount
Cons
this job is a joke. was bamboozled into thinking i would be working events and doing something professional. instead we were glorified mall kiosk workers. the people who work here are outrageously unprofessional. the mandatory 3 hour meetings consist of vision boarding and role play, as well as 45 minutes of bathroom breaks. you stand at a table for 10 hours on end doing nothing but annoying people that are just trying to live their lives. this company’s main way of selling is to scam people. the deals online are better than those offered by ambassadors so management teaches ways around it to trick people into buying immediately on instinct. a coworker once sold a religious vegetarian a box of meat and the office laughed about it later and did not bother to correct it with corporate. they lied in the interview about being refunded unlimitedly for gas, when in fact they only refund $50. we literally had to drive back and forth 4 times a day and spent way over $50. if you don’t sell a minimum amount a week you get none of your commission. the meetings have the same lectures and note taking every single meeting on the same topic. do not recommend.
