Pros
I always had a full slot. They've got a lot of students. The communications & operations team is fast & cooperative. Payment is always on time. A very good & stable organization. All are friendly & supportive. The student were all amazing & I loved teaching their material.
Cons
The problem I had was the understanding & compassion level. I had to push my eye surgery 1 month ahead so I could complete my course, even when parents were agreeing to wait for me to return. Post-surgery I had to join within 10 days, as long leave I wasn't allowed to take, plus post joining when I got an infection due to no proper recovery time for my eye, I still was pushed to take classes. The penalties are heavy, more than double the class payment as a penalty for canceling before 14-15 days prior. I left as I just couldn't take any classes due to my eye infection. I would've loved to work with the company for real long, as they have amazing teaching material & freedom for teachers to conduct the classes.
