Pros
I've loved my time at Hello Earth so far - in my experience everyone in the team has been genuinely great to work with, incredibly helpful, and just all-around nice people. The management in the agency really invites and listens to feedback from the team which has only made Hello Earth an even better place to be from when I joined. As an example, the benefits package was updated this year which includes: - 1 extra day off per month as a personal day - An rise in salary for all due to the cost of living crisis (I felt this was a nice touch, not every business did this) - Early finishes on a Friday throughout the whole of summer - Regular team days out (so this has included the likes of paddelboarding and river tubing in North Wales) - Flexible working (although this hasn't changed for me this can be really beneficial to others who may need to start later and finish later) In addition to this, the company offers remote working (I personally prefer) which enables us some of the best talent throughout the country and internationally. The company is rewarding across the board, provides opportunities to grow & learn + will always celebrate individual successes across the team. I also think the types of clients we work with makes it an enjoyable place to be with a range of ecommerce clients in food & drink, health & wellbeing, clean beauty, childrenswear & womenswear.
Cons
Things are fast-paced with sometimes very quick turnarounds for what we need to deliver - I guess this can build instant pressure across the team but is also a balancing act in meeting client expectations.
