Pros
Fellow guards generally work together well, pass information as needed and remain professional.
Cons
Management cares only about their paycheck. They fail to understand basic fundamentals of leadership. The pay fails to come close to the expectations for the amount of hours worked. Management says "salary". However it's one sided. Salary model is only if you go over what they pay you for. If you fall short (which sometimes comes only from management from scheduling errors, you will still be docked pay. Example.. most guards work between 95-120hrs a pay period. But your only paid for 86. Unless you fall under 86 then you'll get hourly. The execution team at Helix could care less about anything but themselves. They are too self absorbed. They fail to deliver on benefits as well. In fact that's their selling point on why you get "salary vs hourly". However, they do not honor any of their promises.
