Pros
Current hybrid schedule allowing work from home is great. Work/life balance isn’t bad.
Cons
Pay is very standard. Don’t expect more than a 2-3% raise ever. The only way to make more money is to leave the company, which most people are doing. No opportunities to earn bonuses or a raise based on job performance/duties (even if your responsibilities increase). Benefits are very bottom of the barrel. No maternity/paternity leave is offered. Standard healthcare with high deductibles. Vacation time policy isn’t applied fairly (some new hires come in with more than policy states). No floating holidays or volunteer days offered. Pay and benefits are way behind the times to retain good employees!
