Good company with good benefits and pay. Typically go with national averages for positions, which can be good for smaller areas, but raises are standard and not many significant performance raises.
Cons
You can get lost in all of the “people” and become a number that’s simply doing a job rather than an important part of a team. Not a great work life balance and high expectation for performance, which is pretty common in a production environment.
