      Good place to learn especially if you are a fresh graduate. Provide opportunities to self learn.

      Cons

      Ageing company that needs a refresh to compete in the current industry. Salary increment is subject to your superiors. Bad office politics. Too conservative a thinking in policy making despite being an IT company.

      Helpful colleagues Outside of KL, less traffic jam

      Cons

      -Below market salary - fresh grade don't apply unless you have experience where you can demand. Even so, it still below market -No synergy and passion by top management to drive the business. -Top management seems like in their own world, enjoying their well paid perks.
