Great work environment with really smart people

Hard to find something negative to say

Relaxed environment , Good Location, Executive staff with trading experience.

Incompetent IT staff, technology is old, network issues all the time when the IT manager comes to work he makes you feel like you are bothering him, he is basically lazy. They need to hire You just trade solutions to come do a competent check on the IT staff. The back office technology and accounting practices are out of date and a lot of human error. The IT staff basically pays a support staff but has a consulting company do most of the work. The space is a old warehouse that is not too modern.
