Pros
I've worked at Heatric for five years. I was a temp before I started here so I came from bad, low paid jobs which might have influenced my impressions of the company. It's been a good opportunity for me. I started at a low position and I've had a lot of training for my job. I've seen other people progress from manufacturing jobs to engineering and management jobs. I've seen some of the best employees advance on to positions with our parent company. The company has a lot of systems in place which can be hard to work with but they're there for a good reason. I understand why people get frustrated with some of what we have to deal with but I think that you'd see the same at any company. The point that I would make is that I've worked here longer than I've ever worked anywhere else. Normally I get fed up after a year or so and move on but I'm content at Heatric.
Cons
There used to be some people who were quite difficult to work with but a lot have moved on. The work loads can be demanding. Sometimes the expectations on staff can feel like a bit much but I've always got support when I've asked for it.
