      401k, insurance, local management (sometimes), commission structure (done locally - approved corporately), vacation days, sick days, personal days, etc.

      Cons

      No investment from corporate in Tampa TV station, nothing to help with selling - news, sports, unique programming.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
