Hearst is a great company to work for. You have the opportunity to move around and find what works best for you. Some bosses are tougher than others, but that's everywhere. After a year in a position, you have the opportunity to apply for something else anywhere in the company.
Cons
You have to have a tough skin to work here. You deal with a lot of different personalities and I don't think the pay compensates for it.
Hearst Response
10y
With a company of 20,000+ employees, we take pride in our diversity. With that being said, different personalities are inevitable.

Pros
Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.
Cons
I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
