Pros
Very little pro. Benefits are decent but not the best. Vacation and personal days are decent but again both Hearing Life and Connect give more.
Cons
Middle management. Ethics. Pressure. Micromanagement. Worked 10 years in the industry and one of the most unethical companies. Only care about the bottom line. They do not care about client care or ethics. Pressure to sell to normal hearing, vulnerable people with dementia, lie to third party insurers. Management has little understanding of hearing health. Management will only ever blame people on the clinic level and offer no support. High turnover in clinicians and CCC staff which upper management has acknowledged but done nothing to address. Employees are asked to leave positive reviews so I would question all the positive reviews here. Forced to come in during snow storms while management will not come to scheduled meetings for the same reason and work from home. Front desks are told to lie to spy on their clinicians and vice versa.
