Pros
Teaches good work ethic and provides a lot of industry knowledge.
Cons
Very old school management styles with little flexibility. They all drink the Kool Aid. A lot of promises for promotions or career advancement that don't play out. They do not care about a work/life balance and above and beyond work is expected every day of the year.
