Pay could be better for management

In all honesty, there aren't any pros that I can immediately think of. The people are nice and if you're a bit older looking for a YMCA type of place then sure but besides that, nope.

There are few to no new potential clients. Many members just take advantage of the free stuff but don't want personal training. The place is outdated to all hell. Desperately needs new equipment but the higher ups are too stingy to even bother. It was overall a very frustrating place to work for and not worth the investment. I was there for about half of a year and was given a couple clients at best.
