Pros
Not much, apart from the pay - which isn't a lot, given the work they make you do
Cons
Long hours - they work you really hard, with little to no respect for your personal time or boundaries. Homogenous management who are mildly racist - you'll notice that all the leadership are white, and that there is a huge gap between consultants/senior consultants and the VPs - its very bottom heavy The consultants/senior consultants do most of the work, with very little guidance A very disorganized company - from the hiring process onwards to promotions - you'll see when you get an interview Because they're a smaller consulting firm thats low on staff to execute work - they overpromise when selling work and as a result, work you really hard Benefits only cover 80%, when for similar companies that are doing similar work, they cover 100% Career Progression is basically non-existent. If you google consultants/senior consultants - you'll notice they're in the same position for a very long time. When they say they promote internally - they're largely stretching the truth That's just the bare minimum - you should reach out to former/current employees to get their take before joining the firm. Notice all the red flags during the interview process and be very cautious before joining.
