-I noticed that often times, staff get over worked and those who remain push hard and do more work to keep company afloat, but the company often times doesn't praise or reward their staff (from what I've seen there's no thank you from higher management, no bonus). Then those who pushed hard end up either getting bitter or leaving the company.
-Benefits aren't great.
-If you do stick it out in this company, likely you'll get overworked/stressed without much appreciation (maybe verbal from regional RD, but that's about it).
