Residents! Love talking with the little people. Thats probably the only pro about working for healthcare services.
Cons
No way to move up or do better with this company. Get no raises period. Been researching and found out that most laundry workers get paid 9 to 11 bucks an hour compared to the 7.25 ive been making for 3 years at the same company. I have asked and been told that they dont give raises. Workers here have no voice and are just blown off. I love my job just haven't ever felt appreciated or valued.
