Pros
Have ownership of your accounts. Able to build a team under you. Able to interview and hire the managers that report to you.
Cons
Too many call ins. Dont pay our managers and front line staff enough. Constant churning of employees at the building level especially at the Account Manager position. We place a lot of pressure on Account Managers to cover housekeeping and laundry shifts
