Toxic work environment, unrealistic and/or competing expectations, onboarding training is garbage, management steals your ideas, gaslighting, micromanaging, few opportunities for advancement, they don't invest in our professional development, don't follow through with incentives, and upper mgmt bad-mouthing staff.
