At the end of my interview was given a job offer including salary of $105,000, I was also told that I received a Spanish differential of an additional $5000 a year due to my ability to speak Spanish. At having a conversation with a colleague who had interviewed for the same position with less experience who was not bilingual. This person was offered $110,000. Essentially meaning that because I spoke Spanish I was making less base salary than the person who did not speak Spanish. After my interview was completed I attempted to reach out for multiple additional questions including a packet of their compensation and benefits which they are unable to provide. This company claims to be open and honest with her employees for my brief experience with them they are dishonest and seem to know very little on how to run a Health Care company.
