Pros

It was remote and full time

Cons

Part of HCA, which should tell you something. I moved to HealthTrust after 6+ years with HCA and was out within 6 months of starting with HT. Management does not care about employees, only numbers. Only 20% of the actual work you are doing goes to production numbers, no support for helping people struggling with productivity. Gaslight you into thinking you are not asking for help, when you do ask for help they tell you they've already helped you. Did not listen to suggestions to improve productivity personally, just did what "everyone else" did which was not a good solution.

Pros

The work life balance, resources, culture, and leadership are unmatched at HealthTrust. Everyone is treated respectfully and professionally. Company perks are great and employee recognition is a priority.

Cons

PTO could be better but the flexible schedule is amazing!

Pros

- Great work environment - Really good Work\Life Balance (also 1 day remote work a week ) - Trusting environment (Leadership does not MicroManage you) - Business Personal Gym & Cafeteria and Parking Garage // Game Room - Very Charitable (you are allowed volunteer hours which you get paid for and they will donate money to a chosen of your choice if you put in ___ amount of hours)

Cons

- starting salary for some positions seem to have a pay cap - Workload isn’t always spread evenly - efficiency and overrall contribution is disincentivized - lower levels of management have a small out of influence when it comes to their subordinates pay (I am under the impression it is because the corporation is so large with multiple levels of management)
