Needs to be more open with what and where the company directive is going and forth coming with up to date information. A lot of sneaky stuff happens to employees who are hired during AEP season. So if your looking for a short time investment its worth the wild if not stay away from being hired during AEP. They do thin the staff a bit to much during the off season. The goals and quota are a bit unrealistic, as they tell you if you do X,Y, & Z, you will obtain goal and when you do said things it doesn't happen and now your getting a written coaching. The atmosphere has changed since they became more micro managed and less Broker/Agent focused.
