Patient focus remains very central in all decisions - Transparent. The team is regularly updated on performance, strategy and future plans

Cons

Pros

- Engaged and present leadership - Flexible work from home options - Friendly and collaborative atmosphere at work - Culture is a massive part of the business, we even have a Head of Vibe! - Our amazing CEO who is a trailblazer in the Clinical Research field, having that inspiration every day is the reason we attract such talented and dedicated people to the business. - When you join the company you're really welcomed as a professional but also as a person. You're asked what works for you day to day, what do you want to achieve personally and how can they ensure that work doesn't take over too much! - Central Sydney office and fantastic onsite perks. -It's a typical high growth start-up- not a 'clock in/clock out' kind of company but you're well supported through the pressure both professionally and socially, it's a close knit company.

Cons

- We're growing faster than we can hire! (but that's a nice problem to have really)

Pros

The expertise in the team spans industries and levels of seniority, enabling for a great support system for all employees, senior and junior. HealthMatch is tackling a very interesting challenge and has proven that the solution is getting considerable traction on the market. The team encourages autonomy, and enables you to work on problems you are passionate about and that best utilize your individual skills. As an early employee, I can say that the culture has been great, but it’s only getting better as the team grows and evolves.

Cons

There is always always always more work to be done - it can be hard to maintain work-life balance if you are a perfectionist and extremely hard-working, as most of the team are. As with any startup ensuring employees do not burnout and are at their best is a priority and a challenge.
