      Pros

      good starting pay and some good incentives

      Cons

      I almost never speak to my supervisor. He comes in sits at his computer and then leaves. I never get any feed back or coaching. You can move around if you are in the "inc-rowd" but if you are not one of those select few you will not move up.

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
