they allow remote work or in office work, I currently work in the office but know remote employees who find the flexibility is great and are extremely happy with the situation. Can work very independently and set own schedule within parameters of software systems being available. Fairness in giving merit raises. More than fair in giving profit sharing/merit bonus each year. Quarterly productivity/quality reports on your performance. Benefits are very good and provide for health/dental/vision. 401k matching up to 6%. Very supportive management team and pleasant work enviornment. You have easy access to upper level mananagement also. Overall a great place to work.

communication is not always clear between management and base employess in future vision of the company
