      Pros

      If you want to learn to be a bottom feader go there.

      Cons

      It cost me money to work there. No training. Throw you to the wolfs. Most sink. Few swim, the ones that do would shine anywhere and more so anywhere else.

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
