Pros
People- some incredibly strong and passionate individuals who have excellent vision. Culture is great, very inclusive and there's a strong emphasis on personal growth. Friday afternoons are dedicated to "upskilling" this is combined with drinks downstairs which is very friendly and relaxed. There's a group that plays board games, table tennis and all sorts. Use of slack for personal interests helps the sense of community. Lots of self improvement movements: Lunch and Learns, Community of Practice and so on. You'll get out what you put in essentially, there's a very good foundation to grow. Management is changing ie they take on feedback and actually listen.
Cons
Transition. Constant change in work environments. High attrition rate. Equipment is not great at all. Using 22" 1080p monitors for development work is not ideal.
