Pros

Good if you're not in member services. Departments don't talk with each other enough and member services gets to deal with all the issues in the company.

Cons

The company tries to treat employees well but is experiencing a lot of growing pains and isn't keeping up too well with the demand of its customers. The CEO sent out an email about the same sex marriage ruling declaring his joy and excitement. Ironically anything regarding religion would have probably been seen as hate speech.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
