Pros

There were a handful of people I worked with that really invested in my career development, unfortunately this was not my manager. I really enjoyed working with most of my peers. The associates that have been there a while are very devoted to the company and its success.

Cons

I was shocked by the amount of politics and gossip that goes on here. I was told on multiple occasions I would be given different promotions and development opportunities... never happened. There are a lot of empty promises going on in multiple departments. When I chose to leave, it was such a negative experience. I have never felt outcasted at a job before, not by my peers but by my manager. I was told, "you will never work here again" because I gave a two week notice.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
