Pros
"Being a full-time employee (FTE) often means accepting all challenges posed by contractors, shouldering immense responsibility, and proving our professionalism. We frequently work 18-hour days, manage our deliverables, and endure negative personal feedback, with no work-life balance. The pressure is immense, and it's often pushed downstream. This situation is worse than under the previous country head, who, despite his shouting over missed deadlines, at least valued individuals. Currently, there's no respect for FTEs, diminishing the role's value.
Senior leadership merely visits, nods, takes notes, and pretends to listen, but ultimately, they do nothing with our feedback. This lack of genuine support and recognition is a significant issue that others should be aware of."
Cons
"All the leaders act as commission agents, pretending to work on behalf of FTEs while offering empty advice and performing stunts. In reality, these leaders are only here to divert funds through various schemes. Their primary focus is not on genuine support or improvement but on securing financial gains for themselves. This exploitation and lack of integrity need to be called out."
