      Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Thank you HealthEdge! I am really looking forward to working on projects and serving our clients/customers together with the teams here at HealthEdge!

      Strong supply chain foundation with 4+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, procurement, and logistics across U.S. and global organizations Data-driven mindset with hands-on expertise in SAP, Oracle SCM, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel to drive actionable insights and improve decision-making

      Cons

      Limited direct exposure to highly regulated manufacturing environments such as FDA/GMP, though I have strong experience in audit-ready, compliance-driven operations and am actively building knowledge in this area. Not directly hands-on with certain niche tools (e.g., Infor Nexus or ocean-freight–specific platforms), but I have consistently ramped up quickly on new systems due to my strong ERP and analytics background.

      Get to work with multiple clients/health care companies. Good exposure.

      Cons

      Employees are overworked. Not enough resources to do a good job.
