great job - Recruiter HealthCare Support Employee Review

My recruiter kept in contact with me from start to finish. She made sure she got me interviews for jobs that fitted my schedule and pay. They offer insurance and you receive pay weekly. The pay was good for a temporary position and after working as a temp for 1 month the company reached back out to my recruiter and asked if they could convert me over to a permanent position.

There were no cons for me.

I loved my team and management. I enjoyed the hybrid schedule but it took awhile to "earn" the remote days. 3PM Friday's was a big plus (if you earned it). This company really rewarded their employees for hard work and it did not go unnoticed. Big support system and I was not afraid to ask questions. Their KPI's are achievable.

I believe there were 3 rounds of layoffs since I started. It was a little alarming and there wasn't major job security- however, as someone who was not affected, I believe it was mostly off of performance based, which is fair.
