Pros

Salary was paid on time, 2% raise happened every year, co-workers and direct supervisors were excellent.

Cons

Corporate management was deaf to all suggestions, universal answer to everything was "We'll look into that" but nothing happened after. There were ridiculous requirements on productivity but not much was provided to achieve them. Maximum 401K match was only 0.75%! Company replaced Paid time off for bare state minimum vacations/sick days/holidays to save the money. At the end of 2014 HealthBridge fired all the workers in Connecticut without saying much and people lost all unused holidays / sick days.

Pros

Many of the other therapists in my department were great. Flexible scheduling was often available, health insurance and PTO were reasonable.

Cons

Typical profit driven SNF setting- in the rehab department productivity standards are unachievable, no time set aside for documentation, most therapists felt obligated to do documentation during "lunch break" or stay after clocking out to do work. Many nurses were old and burnt out, don't like to collaborate on patient care. When the state health department comes around all of the sudden the place runs efficiently and rules are followed, this stops immediately when they leave. Upper management care about $ only, zero effort to improve employee satisfaction.
