Pros

- Smaller corporate office, contributing to a relaxed environment while getting the work done - Friendly coworkers who are always willing to give a hand with tasks and go the extra mile - Administration was very understanding and friendly. Truly care about their employees and clients - Enjoyed the company lunch outings, events etc.

Cons

Not much except for more specific training and organized SOPs. Took me awhile to truly understand the roles of each "department". Also, didn't have much experience in FDA regulations and the medical stuff (at least at the beginning of my employment) which adds a bit of stress during office meetings as everyone is expected to participate and articulate their work.

Pros

Regulatory side seems well run and their team seemed to run smoothly and work well together. Remote Fridays.

Cons

I can only speak on behalf of Clinical team end and also mention extremely high turnover rate. Poor/no training or support. Sadly it was an odd work environment in which you could hear a pin drop literally all day. The people working clinical will sooner message you on slack with a comment or question then stand up and literally turn to their side to quietly and quickly ask team member seated next to them. Zero comrade. Unfortunately lacked healthy communication, clear directions on wl and strong leadership.
