Pros
The values look great on paper. In reality, I didn’t experience any of them.
Cons
The company’s values spell “CARE” which stand for Caring, One Team, Relationships, Excellence, but in my experience, those values weren’t lived. When I needed support, it wasn’t offered, suggested, or even acknowledged. Instead of care, I was met with judgement, questioning, and a lack of understanding. The culture felt performative, and the external messaging didn’t reflect how things actually work behind the scenes. Investment seemed to be reserved for fee-earning clinical roles. Support functions were treated as transactional, not truly valued or supported.
