Pros
The company pays well, and its parent company, based in Woodland Hills, Ca seems to be well-managed. Excellent IT systems are in place for managing and communicating effectively, if only those systems were used to their full potential.
Cons
Morale is generally low. Leadership does not seem to be in agreement on company direction. Failed attempt at matrix-management leaves many non-management employees unsure of whom to take direction from. As a Federal Contractor, the company is heavy on bureacracy and detailed rules rather than cost-control, efficiency and profit. Physical environment is windowless, beige, and heavy on flickering, humming florescent lights.
