      Pros

      Company culture, company mission of finding and reducing fraud, waste, and abuse was a great mission.

      Cons

      Senior management sold the company to a private equity firm that split the company 2/3 to one entity and 1/3 to another, and the HMS culture died almost immediately, which led to a mass exodus of great talent.

      Pros

      Good pay, supportive work place, remote work. Supervisor was excellent. Was very happy in this workplace.

      Downsizing of staff and not always the best communication from upper management.
