Commisions are NOT properly accounted for/ paid out. They convince you to work extra overtime with the promise of more pay that they will weasel their way out of paying. They lie and say if you perform well as a temp there is opportunity to be hired on permanetly. They laid off the whole team two months before the contract ends, two weeks before Christmas with no warning.
