Pros
Decent Pay, Sales Competitions, WFH, 100% paid employee benefits, Promotes from within Organization, actively listens and implements employee feedback.
Cons
WFH - is a sort of double edge sword if your someone who needs external motivation regularly, you'll burn out being WFH - but that would be WFH anywhere. Communications about carrier changes and organizational processes aren't always rolled out smoothly. The Compliance/QA Dept. doesn't seem to be competent for active call grading, but the impact to agents is marginal.
