Pros
I had a great time working at Health Fidelity, a company focused on promoting a healthy work environment. Health Fidelity has carefully curated it’s culture and cares not just about the work people produce but how they work with others to do it. Bad apples don’t last long and management regularly meets with people to understand any employee concerns that may be developing. The engineering org has been in rebuilding mode and is now filled with lots of very talented people and has fostered an environment where you can share ideas and learn from a diverse set of teammates as well as the work to expand the product offering and modernize the platform. You will have a job to do, you’ll be trusted and depended on to do it, mistakes will be made, but if you work with your team the progress will be greater.
Cons
Health Fidelity is a highly remote work from home company and was so well before COVID. While they do a great job nurturing a sense community, some people will miss having all of their peers with them in an office.
