5yThank you for this review and feedback, and for having contributed to our company these past 3-4 years. Thank you also for sharing and affirming the positives that have been part of your experience. I also appreciate you sharing the cons in your experience at Health Catalyst, which highlight that we have meaningful work to do to strive to improve. I'm sorry that it hasn't worked out yet to be promoted, and I acknowledge that we as leaders could do a better job of clearly articulating our strategy, including our services strategy. We'll talk about this today during our all team member meeting. We also definitely want to enable an environment where team members feel that they are continuously learning and developing new skills and capabilities, not seeing their skills atrophe. We're investing in meaningful training through Health Catalyst University, and we're also investing in advanced data platform capabiliteis as part of 2021 planning investments.
