I appreciate it very much, and I am grateful that you feel that I am in your corner. That is how I hope every team member feels -- that they have an advocate, cheering them on, respectful of their contributions, and desirous to be a support to them in their work. I also feel energized and grateful to be a part of the mission of the company, to be a catalyst for positive change in healthcare. Thanks also for your feedback regarding the need for additional training to help you fulfill your duties. Training is an area of focus as part of our 2020 planning process, and we'll work to continuously improve there.
