I also appreciate your perspective regarding the implementation of our technology feeling slow and long -- that this can be discouraging. I hope that we can tighten this timeline in the near future, and this time-to-value benefit will be a significant focus for us as we think about our R&D investments going into the 2020 planning cycle. We've come a long way in this regard, but there is still much room for improvement.
Finally, thank you for the >5 years you've spent contributing to our company's success. I'm confident that you've added deep and significant value during your tenure, and for that I express to you my deep appreciation and gratitude.
